California Star is the best. They are reliable, do excellent work and are reasonably priced. They don't try to upsell you, which I truly appreciate. I have been a customer for several years--we have owned several different model Mercedes and a VW Bug--and we trust them to do excellent work on all of the vehicles.

Quick and efficient

I always feel my car is taken care of with very reasonable pricing. I have an older BMW that does have challenging issues from time to time. California Star has been super helpful with diagnostics and quick same-day texts of what they suggest to complete. I love the quick response with an in-depth description readily available.

I have been taking our Mercedes here for several years. They are honest, very competent and reasonably priced. They entire crew treats you like family and I have never been anything but absolutely pleased with their work. I have also taken our VW Bug here, and I will be taking our recently purchased BMW here. They are the best.

I LOVE THESE BOYS!!!! The guys at California Star are absolutely amazing. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that going to the mechanic can feel like going to the dentist, but this place is different. They're super polite (shoutout to Dane; I must have called him about 10 times with different questions, and he was super nice every single time, didn't rush me, and made sure I was taken care of). Chris was also great. He was extremely thorough with my car inspection and was transparent about what needed to be done on what timeline. While they aren't the cheapest option, they are HONEST. You pay for the expertise, but not for anything unnecessary. There are no quiet upsells for junk you don't need. See y'all next year for the tune up!!

I will continue to purchase Mercedes vehicles just to be able to maintain the wonderful relationship. I have with the crew here they are fantastic highly recommend.
